Well, I must say my kids have never been so excited as they were this year about St. Patrick's Day. It was actually quite darling, how Clara and Vivy eagerly picked out their green attire for the day. Both of them had quite the upset at school with leprechauns. Apparently, they came to visit each of their classrooms and left a mess of the room, a trail of glitter and clovers, and a treat! The day was filled with green jello, green milk, chocolate gold coins, and more! Clara told me, "I can prove that leprechauns are real mom...look they left me this clover, and all the back packs were thrown all over the room! So adorable, and for the record YES I totally believe you girls. So, we of course had to continue with the festivities. At home, the leprechaun was spotted after leaving trails of clovers, green sacks filled with green snacks, and to my dismay a mess! (Now how did I not know until today that these little men make a mess where ever they go?) Not that my house wasn't already a mess, but I found it quite hilarious that Vivy asked me to help clean her and Clara's room so that when we left to pick up Clara from school when we returned we would be able to identify if a "leprechaun mess" was left! HAHA! So each girl returned home from pick-ups to see that their toy basket had been dumped. (OH I am tired of cleaning!) But their excitement was worth it, and for the record we all helped pick up the toys AGAIN together.

Happy St. Patty's Day
We finished the evening off with a yummy steak & taco dinner over here with Anna and Mark Then the kids decorated chocolate cupcakes, with green frosting, and sprinkled their green sprinkles to top it all off. So much fun, and we will surely miss our family when they go back to freeze in Rochester. Please don't go, but if you do good LUCK
